Welcome! This event is open to any young entrepreneur between the ages of 8 and 18. Please read through the guidelines and send an application if you would like to participate. I will respond to follow up with you. I need to make sure we have enough places for all the vendors. There is a $5 fee to participate in the event, due any time before setting up.

Here are some guidelines to follow:

1. This event is geared towards anyone between 8 and 18. I want to provide you with an opportunity to learn first-hand what it takes to sell your goods, to experience the satisfaction of putting yourself and your work out there, and to meet new faces in your community.  If you can bake, sew, paint, garden, or create anything original, you are welcome to apply. Everything must be family-friendly.
2. You must have at least 1 parent or guardian present with you the whole time. NO drop offs allowed. There will be a sign in and sign out sheet to make sure everyone is present and accounted for. 
3. The event will begin at 1:00 pm. You can arrive anytime after 12 to begin to set up. The event will end at 4:00. There are no early take downs, so please plan to stay until 4:00. You will need to sign out before leaving. 
4. A table will be provided. Please note on application if you are willing to share a table with one other vendor or not. 
5. You are responsible for every transaction. Three Little Teapots will not be responsible for any transaction, sale, or tax. Plan ahead with your parents to work out a process for handling cash and credit transactions. Make sure you have enough cash to give change.  

Congratulations for putting yourself out there! I hope you make some sales, meet new friends, and learn some new ways to grow a business, and, most importantly, I hope you have FUN!

A few tips: Use a tablecloth and consider shelving or displays that will elevate your work to eye level. Doing so will help show off your work, while keeping your table from looking cluttered. Make sure everything has a price displayed clearly (you can use stickers, tags, or a cafe-style board). Be friendly, start conversations, and have fun!
